The reason the post was deleted was because they were attacking another poster and referring to them as an "idiot" over and over again, and not because there is a "known basher on the mod squad". Having been a mod at one time, you should know by now that attacking another poster and name calling isn't allowed on this board regardless of who they are attacking. When the poster reposted the message again without the name calling, it was allowed to stay.
