From what can find, they have brought up the sensitivity to at or near 100%.
What I like is it's a "spit" test (No more Q-tip to the brain). A GO or no go test. If you test positive, you have to get a diagnostic test to see if it's Covid 19, UK Variant, Brazilian Variant, etc.
Will be great for Schools, work place (and this is where most transmissions are), sporting events, air travel, etc, etc.
As I have said - do your DD.
