SEC rule requiring shorts to have cash on hand to borrow and brokers to have cash on hand to cover any shares lent comes into effect Thursday. This may be why we see moves up on $SFLM $PSRU $ENZC. They may be more shorting Tue/Wed but there could be squeezes.
