Cancer is a very difficult condition. However the bar is very low: demonstrate progression-free survival and overall survival improvements.
One does not need to show a big improvement. Just a improvement of
6 months or more if we can dramatically reduce circulating tumor-cell levels the results will be evident depending on the stage of the patients, of course.
We should go for a low hanging fruit (one condition, breast or prostate) and take it from there.
Now we have data in several cancers. We should study it (all data) and focus in one for full clinical trial. Simultaneously, apply for BTD (large SP price increase) and continue with basket data acquisition.
