what really makes me laugh about these lawsuits is the following: every single time period (except for 3 months i think) is a positive return. so if you held for 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, 6 month, 1 year - and every other long period, you've made money on the stock.

so i guess this lawsuit is just for the people who have owned for 3 months? what a joke.
