The Federal run EB-5 scheme has been hugely successful in attracting foreign investors with a guaranteed path to US Citizenship in return for creating 10 x US jobs.
It was the method by which I was able to become a US Citizen. There are 10,000 visa slots a year.
There are not enough EB-5 schemes offered to meet the demand and the 10,000 limit is always slightly undersubscribed. Any EB-5 offering is usually "sold out" very quickly.
