"Minimal" doesn't do it justice.. he could have (maybe should have?) done an RS as soon as he got back in the saddle and raised some cash. That he hasn't is unheard of on OTC/pinks, and even moreso in startup bios... The clowns talking about booting him are asking for this to be our future. Guaranteed any replacement's first order of business would be just that. No thanks.
