Here is the question to your answer..
Does this CRS deal have something to do with uplisting and CRS having 3 million in revenue? I remember someone posting some of the requirements was 2-3 million in revenue. Does anyone remember that? It sure seems like there would be stronger requirements than that. Just trying to understand the reasoning behind the acquisition. Just the usual I assume. Reverse merger with ACS maybe and stay private and buyout at that point? Where would that leave shareholders?
