You joined the board in 2020 so understand Doc is keeping ALL of it secret until he and his partners are ready to launch. Univec will not be in the news until he is ready, and that is really the definition of a legally dark company.

Everyone has waited a very long time. But hopefully it is all complete and we are nearing the finish line. Our CEO has made a lot of promises and I believe he will fulfill what he understands that he owes us.
