Clarification of FDA Philippines Advisory
With regard to possible sales in Philippines via CSP, the advisory states the following:
It must be stressed that an approved CSP is not a Certificate of Product Registration (CPR) or an Emergency Use Authorization (EUA), hence
it is not an assurance of the product quality, safety, and efficacy.
No product granted with CSP can be marketed commercially.
Someone on another board claims to have received verification from NP that the product can be sold there but not marketed.
As others have pointed out, this shows the pressure being applied there for access to LL. Good news even if they could not sell, but it does appear that CSP results in revenue.
