Interesting that it states it can only be used "on a specific number of patients." With Chiral sitting on 200K vials, will they exceed that limit? How high is the limit?
Later in the PR it states that "No product granted with CSP
can be marketed commercially."
An earlier post claimed that CYDY got paid for those vials sent to Chiral. This statement would appear to negate that claim, or are their rules as full of loopholes as we have here in the US?
We have questions already awaiting the next CC it appears.
