And this is why it would so important for the up-list to happen. It would leave those 2 parasites behind for good!
Often times the difference between success or failure is one breakthrough deal to materialize. I do believe the Pasaca deal/partnership can be that breakthrough that will propel QTM forward. When that happens, aspects like legal issues become just a distraction and not impeding of the progress to come!
