Zuess, she's talking about tocilizumab and ivermectin, right? I didn't finish, but didn't hear her mention Leron.
Also see that Manila has just gotten 1000 vials of tocilizumab. It was purchased by the city government. But here's the interesting thing. The Manila Times wrote:

In other words, to contribute to the question of whether the PI could approve Leron without US FDA approval, I think the answer is: yes.
