Two takeaways...
1) If BARDA doesn’t fund “The Complete Vaccine “ given the inadequacy of the current crop of vaccines and the overwhelming superiority of GNBT/NGIO vaccine they are either corrupt or imbeciles.
2) All of Joe’s confidence or maybe braggadocio will be straight up justified and he will be a rock star CEO IMHO ... to pull a coup and out innovate the biggest, richest biotech companies in the world with money found under sofa cushions and basically save their asses ... that would be badass ...
