Mr Gross came from Thermon, Inc. I am familiar with them from the chemical industry. It is good sized company (500 - 1000 employees, I think) listed on the NYSE.
QTMM has been putting in place a full house of management that would be fitting for a company with several hundred employees. It certainly seems that the company is getting prepared for some very significant sales growth.
