June 28/2018 Forbes article by John Lamattina outlines the $$$$$....arrangement with the FDA and BIG PHARMA...it is generally seen as somewhat collusive...45% of 2019 ..$5.9 Billion is provided by the Industry..that is to say, they pay $2.7 Billion of the Total Budget....everyone is still shaking hands....in the open.......I don't think the Military will be scrapping any of those bombers anytime soon.
