Please, that factor is the difference between relative and absolute risk reduction and the point of calculating number needed to treat. Are you really still confused about that?
You can't calculate how many lives a given number of doses will save without knowing the distinction.
And my saying we already have enough to make a material difference, but not enough to blanket the world, is hardly cold water.
