Share Structure - Updated As At April 14, 2021
Transfer Agent Verified.
The Share Structure was updated for the first time in a long while on November 24, 2020.
There were no changes to the Authorized or Outstanding Shares from the May 22, 2019 figures.
Importantly, the split between Restricted and Unrestricted within the Outstanding was shown for the first time.
The Share Structure was updated as at April 14, 2021 - with a reduction of the Outstanding Shares of 394M.
Authorized Shares: 8,900,000,000
Outstanding Shares:6,558,643,258 [down 394,000,000]
Restricted: 736,693,716 [no change]
Unrestricted: 5,821,949,542 [down 394,000,000]
Note 1: It is only the Unrestricted Outstanding share count that is relevant to current trading.
Note 2: Outstanding Shares already reduced by 394M.
Note 3. More reductions confirmed as planned per April 15 update.
