Not sure if it's a sale or a commitment. Cytodyn needs to be careful with their present inventory of about 1.2 million vials. If they are just "reserving" vials for nations, what happens when a nation wants to buy/pay/ship asap and all vials are sitting on a shelf, being held as "reserved".
Philippines may report any minute of more success regarding the Manila28Criticals recovering/then off ventilation/then out of ICU/then zero viral load/then walking out of hospitals.
