Maybe the orders will "trickle" in as needed for criticals?
The previous allocation for the Philippines (I think it was for 100,000 vials)
was described as pending approval. This 200,000 did not contain that language, although it was not clear if it may be a "trickling" of small orders, and that 200,000 vials are being "set aside, reserved for" the Philippines.
Regardless, I am "expecting" more great news regarding the Manila28Criticals, as to their improving, then off ventilation, then full recovery w/zero viral load, then walking out of their hospitals.
This combo of news will open our flood gates IMO.
