I am thinking that there will be some form of good news during today's CC.  It doesn't make sense to me that they would schedule something like this just to give shareholders a chance to bitch, rant, vent unless they had something to offset the angst that many of the current shareholders have towards TECO.  I'm not guaranteeing anything by any stretch, just expressing an opinion here.
