Just to put things in perspective ... over the past year we added about 30m shares ... at the stock lost about $0.25. That’s $7.5m. With that money we kept the lights on while the pandemic shut down all our initiatives AND from ground zero we developed a COVID vaccine. Yes I know we got some other money but that came later. That took a lot of chutzpah for Joe to pull off, IMHO. Are we in a better or worse place from this time last year? I might argue with the vaccine (a $7.5m investment) we are better off ... yes we have more debt and dilution ... but are we a better company? (Assuming the vaccine works) .... Just thinking out loud ...
