RJ, I guess my point was, they put out the info concerning the IND / FDA, but they say, we will update you on China in more than a month. When I don't get why they could not have done something like this:
Update on the IND / FDA and now that the GMP has been completed, we can now move forward as well in China and work with our entity there to yada yada yada....
There is no difference basically between what they are doing between here and there in a way, but they choose to stay silent on China where they do have a 1.5 billion deal that they let everyone know about but got really silent on, except to tell us they will provide us an update in about 6 weeks (now 3).
And Joe saying the quiet period should have nothing to do with this if he can talk about the IND/FDA.
