Publicity could be the way to approval; the reason we are not getting an EUA is we are not on anybody's radar. To the average person, we don't exist and the FDA knows this. So if they are slow with an EUA, the public doesn't care, there is no outcry.
Think about the approvals, HCQ because Trump was pushing it. Regeneron cocktail because Trump received it. Remdesivir was pushed by Trump because the WHO said it wasn't effective, and Trump had a WHO vendetta.
So it may end up being media that breaks LL crazy as that sounds. The Estrada buzz could put us on the map if we play it right and if we get a major media story, then everyone with Covid is going to wonder how to get LL and the FDA will take notice.
