The APP permit from the ADEQ is being handled by CDM Smith with offices in Phoenix. It is pre-existing but requires updating and a transfer from the previous mine owner to SIRG.

There are wells on the mine property and if additional water is needed it can be purchased from the Chloride Water Co. in Chloride or an additional well could be drilled later.
