I don't see anything unclear about the PR. Granted it did not say what I expected based on prior public comments stating the IND app would be filed after testing/manufacturing was complete.

Of course technically the IND will be filed after those are done but no one knew based on public info there was an interim step. Did Generex know this and choose to not inform investors or was this unexpected from the FDA?
