I think a lot of folks were expecting the IND to have been submitted by now. With it still pending to be submitted, looks like it being approved would be around beginning of May or mid May the way the government works.

The longer this delays, the longer everything gets pushed out.

And this is probably why we are seeing lackluster results once again...
