Agree. ACS could have used SFOR to walk away with all those DoD dollars you found awarded in the SBIR phase two & the money I found awarded them in phase one. Bottom line - our troop's mobiles remain unsecure. I'm furious! SFOR should sue ACS for nonperformance IMHO.
