The numbers both top and bottom line sucked. Yes, they posted a $10MM loss, but $6MM was non-cash (derivative liability etc.). So the real loss is closer to $4MM which is still horrible.

On another front, I used to be in a biz that sold thru distribution channels. On the front end, minimum sales had to be hit by the distributor or the agreement was terminated. Why keep the same distributor is they are not performing.
