The executive order was executed by DuTerte back on DECEMBER 1st 2020 to the Philippine FDA....WE are NOT waiting on Rodrigo...WE are waiting for them....at least it is not a Partisan issue....it appears to be reliant on good Science. The petition for 28 MORE is Extremely positive....and I expect ..given the previous history, the results should be favorable.
