Since UNVC is a dark, non-filing entity Doc can be doing ALL of the legwork and it is completely confidential. The assumptions are that all required financials are prepared and ready. We also assume the NASDAQ paperwork has been completed and the process started many weeks ago. All that would be required, as some have explained, is dropping the 8k and putting out blockbuster news to get the share price above $4 for at least 1 day. Then we would be able to move to NASDAQ.
