EXACTLY BUD....the perception I got from the lady was once its in FINRAS hand the process is not long and drawn out because....they are not as strict as SEC AND NASDAQ. And the government doesnt over see them like they do with the SEC.
Someone previously stated SEC then Edgar. Let me clarify that.
Edgar is the electronic filing system that the SEC uses to file all there documents and fill them out, they are not another step. So it goes SEC, NASDAQ, then FINRA because when up-listed to NASDAQ most of the time the symbol changes. And finra said as long as SEC AND NASDAQ approve it with their extensive approval processes. Then we just mirror what they approved because they are are more rigorous and strict.
