So he likes to wave guns around and when persued give chase. He is a gangbanger. He also had his girlfriend in car this time and after being shot drove some blocks and crashed into a car.
The car was pulled over for having expired license plates. He should not have been driving it if he did not want to encounter the police. Stupid
Once pulled over it was discovered he had a warrant for his arrest for the illegal possession of a firearm.
They had him standing outside the car at the drivers door, at that time most officers will move you towards the back of the car to cuff you. He was being arrested for a serious warrant.
When he jumped back into the drivers seat he could have been going for a pistol. Especially considering what the warrant was for.
He was stupid to the end.
