I think that is going to change shortly. Last time there was an offering the price dipped below the offering price for a few weeks and then took off.
Right now you have Verb oversold so you should see a reversal. You also have institutions buying in at a discount to the offering price so if they liked it at $1.60, they love it at $1.20
Add to that you have multiple revenue stream potentials either recently kicked off or soon to kick off like the attribution, Verb's MarketPlace, Outlook Integration, VL for existing customers, etc.
In fact, there a VL marketing video that was embedded in one of the customers pages and I assume many others since 28 out of 30 asked for proposals. See link below.
Keep in mind the majority of the market didn't listen to the call and really don't know the products, what is coming or how sales are going. I would say high 90 percent wouldn't know as many invest less then 30 seconds of research when looking at a new stock.
When the price starts moving up, many will hop on the bandwagon as usual.
