If Doc has filed paperwork with SEC/NASDAQ/etc I don't think he is supposed to say anything until it is released. He has obviously done some subtle things (new twitter follows). the plan was 3/31 and we can all see something made it a little later. I would not be surprised any day when it came out. I feel it is very close.
