RecoverRx Global Unique Device Identification Database
BIEL added RecoveryRx to the GUDID last month under the 'PQY' FDA Product Code.
PQY is the OTC Product Code that was established for ActiPatch in 2017.
RecoveryRx was FDA Cleared in 2019 as a 'ILX' Product Code, Prescription Only.
As of today there is no PQY Clearance in the 510k Database for RecoveryRx.
