The PR reinforces importance that GNBT have inside staff units, actual employed staff, that specifically handle securities filings regulatory compliance and another to handle FDA, medical approvals, taxation and operations filings, and international medical filings compliance. Time and time again we hear of need for amendments, refilings, new overlooked filing requirements, protracted agency reviews taking place. While this is a holding company, too much reliance on outside technical help for operational compliance and submissions is not the way to go. My observation is that gnbt is not structured to do what it is intended to do.
