Obviously a twitter follow doesn't mean squat.
It is completely in how you interpret the data.
Doc has said in the past - SEC last.
So in the last few weeks he has added follows for SEC and FINRA.
Does it mean anything?
Some will say 'no' and sell out and walk away.
Some will say "yes that is a great hint" and build excitement.
