Poor SFRX is always the victim.
If you read Dr. Baer’s report, HE (Dr. Baer) said the wrecks in shallow water were visible from shore and quickly salvaged.
Dr. Baer wrote that wrecks were salvaged, not anyone else.
Melbourne is about 60’ deep near the 3 mile mark from shore.
