This is all conjecture but this is the scenario that I see unfolded last week into this week in the Philippines .
1.Chiral got the 1 CSP through for the 1st patient last week.
2. Patient number one does extremely well on LL(good luck for us)
3. Estrada almost at the same time takes a turn for the worst, ICU, Vent.
4. He is also at the same or nearby hospital as patient 1
5. The Estrada Hospital or both have 28 patients in the ICU.
6. So to make it look like they are not playing favorites everyone gets an CSP
This explains the number 28, I kept thinking why 28.
Now whether all 28 have been treated yet, most likely, we will find out in a week to 14 DAYS.
