See Respert’s post just before mind, which discussed the same topic. If investors are going to discuss topics, such as the conditional EUA, responses to those topics are permitted.
In regards to the Philippines development, it’s good news. What will it mean in terms of sales and approvals outside of the PI? I’m unsure, but it appears sales will be increasing in the Philippines (I’m interested to know the net revenue CYDY is getting from each vial sold). I’m hopeful sales to the PI can fund the CD16/17 trial, the trial in Canada and if a trial is needed in Brazil. That will keep Fifes hands out of the CYDY cookie jar which has rewarded him handsomely in the past with a nice profit of shares (its non-dilutive though!).
