At this point, I suggest, shareholders let the company know their feelings. In my opinion, Joe should not hold all three positions of Chairman of the Board and CEO/President. I don't have an issue with him representing the company but IMO we benefit having a new Chairman for the Generex/NGIO boards that has a stronger hand in operational decisions affecting the future of the companies and our investment.
