Last I heard, CYDY submitted for EUA, and we have not had a response to this point. NP is making plans for trials, to not waste any time. I heard NP say that they have another meeting with FDA and now we have more information/ data from the OLE that is very strong(17% survival in critical group). He was hopeful that this information, plus trial data may show trending toward success. I think EUA could still be possible, since they have not gotten back to us with a firm response.
