Hey 911$,
I have always said Direct Listing is only for private companies. A 'new' entity trading under a different name is still a public company, not private, so we never go DL.
DE has Univec Conglomerate shown as a name and domicile change from Univec Inc. We still trade Univec, Inc. because Doc has not yet gone thru the formal FINRA name change. I am not sure how long it takes for a name change at FINRA. Doc just started to follow FINRA on Twitter, is he sending us a message?
I am sure it takes some time to go thru the OTC change in status but Doc probably started a while back, he had the 2020 numbers by the end of January. As far as public record on the OTC filings, I have been in a couple dark, non reporting 'stop sign' stocks that all of a sudden they are 'Pink Current' and no one found any paperwork before the status change. I am assuming he started it 8 weeks ago.
I am confident Doc already has his Transfer Agent picked.
As far as Nasdaq, all I have ever found is Doc has to be Pink Current and meet the financial and other requirements to up list. I find nothing that prohibits the application process from starting while dark and it can be confidential.
You have some valid points, we just don't fully agree. There are too many things going on that point to sooner rather than later. Lets hope I am correct.
