Right, so they are now doing the IND for FDA submission. The GMP is done. So, they announced that in the PR. So, Joe effectively just stated his lawyers allowed him to put a PR out to state that, so why can't since the GMP is completed similar information concerning what is going on now with China be put out now that the GMP is done and they should be allowed to start work back up over there?
That is what is not making any sense. Why wait until May 6th to give the update on China but give the update on the IND and FDA in the PR? It's as if he is saying he just picks and chooses what info he wants to release, when the info is basically related since the GMP affected both of them and now they can push forward on both.
That was my point and instead, he talked about what lawyers allowed him to do, hire a sec lawyer, yada yada again.
