One can believe her or not believe her, but unless she personally administered the former President the leronlimab, I am not quite sure how she can "confirm" it. Sure, I hope it's true, but what will confirm it is a press release or news printed in the Philippines. Until then, even with NP allegedly confirming it, I remain cautiously optimistic at best.
