Understanding ( believing) that this is merely part of a pattern helps me to stay the course.
There are many screening tools or software out there (some free) that are free to suggest outcome, minus fear of repercussion. 8% accuracy & they are still ok. Why? Preconceived, minus any human element.
This is why I allowed (caused ) 2 or 3 mathematicians to kick me out of their circle. I like the human element. I see the positives of AI, but no necessity to surrender desire out of dire need.
There are those who would create such an environment, imo. I do not have all the worries of forward looking statements as my team is seeking their day in court.
But, no, no, oh Hell no- I did not know what a lemming was.
