Yes, we knew the filing what going to happen and I don't think this is all coincidental. One theory is that that the largest shareholder, I think that ORG group, had 1.5 billion shares, they might have tried to start a buying frenzy. They buy a bunch of shares at 1's and get the markets attention and then slowly sell everything from 9's all the way down. This would be a highly risky strategy so unlikely.

My preferred theory is that an entity is buying every share possible and then either going to buy the shell or make it current. The trading from the very beginning has looked like this may be happening, but in the end we have no idea.
