Interesting that InteractiveBrokers charges 130.9% APR fee. This past week I received a request from Schwab for me to lend my shares (to shorts) and they were offering 5% APR on the market value of my shares. I wonder if Schwab is charging the borrower/short anywhere near that 130.9% and pocketing the spread.

Needless to say, I did not take Schwab up on their ridiculous offer.
