Silence is Golden

So, don't expect to hear anything much until the first quarter numbers are done. Because, I will say again, when Doc releases Dec. 31st, 2020 year end financials, we are then "current" and have to follow the rules of all companies. Right now IF we were current Doc could not say anything about the financials, no "forward looking statements", nothing material to UNVC. Nothing we be said until he can produce first quarter numbers. So no news until those numbers are done IMO. As soon as they are done he can release IF everything else is finished, like Amazon contracts.

So we are not waiting on Nasdaq, or deciding who is in or out, it is simply an unforeseen delay in March that pushed things out into the quiet period. No big deal guys, we all believe it is happening or just sell and move on.

I think the delay is because this has gotten to be a lot bigger than we think. Not too much longer in my opinion, just quarterly numbers.
